Halton to produce passive chilled beams in Australia

Halton signed an agreement with Heatcraft Australia Pty. Ltd. for manufacturing of passive beams in Sydney. The passive chilled beams manufactured in Heatcraft Australia’s factory are supplied to the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Halton has delivered already several projects to Australia e.g. IKEA in Queensland, 2 Market Street, 77 King Street and Darling Island all located in Sydney, Mort Street in Canberra and Melbourne University. The IKEA warehouse was awarded with an energy award for the system solution of which the Halton passive beams played a major role. Manufacturing in Australia will increase Halton’s competitiveness in the area especially in terms of delivery times.

Halton chilled beams are sold in Australia through Airsolutions International Pty. Ltd. (www.airsolutions.com.au), and in New Zealand through Malcolm Ravenscroft Ltd, (www.ravenscroft.co.nz)
