New Halton Modular Air Diffuser – One Product for multiple Solutions
Halton is introducing a new Modular Air Diffuser line, which offers flexibility and adaptability to changing space needs. The Halton DSS and DCS Modular Air Diffuser products fit wide operating ranges, are suitable for the most common ceiling types, and provide five interchangeable front panel options – each with different design and performance characteristics. The modular product concept allows easy selection and choice of model options for every project’s specific needs.
The modular construction of the Halton DSS and DCS air diffusers offers multiple solutions in one core product. The products are suited to modular 600 x 600 mm ceiling types such as T15, Fineline, Armstrong, and Dampa. The DSS and DCS horizontal air supply diffusers are also suitable for exhaust applications and can be adapted with ease to changing ventilation rate requirements. Front panel design can be selected according to changing visual or functional needs. The detachable front panel options include conical, perforated, multi-nozzle, and swirl models for every set of project specifications and allow easy maintenance.
The Halton Modular Air Diffusers greatly facilitate the product selection and construction process. Technical parts are selected according to the specific needs of each space, such as the air flow rate and air velocity in the occupied zone. The airflow range can be changed on site by replacing the airflow range adapter inside the plenum. The modular diffuser is connected to the ductwork via an integrated balancing plenum with an air flow measurement function. Duct connections are available in several dimensions and can be changed on site. Technical components are always available and can be easily changed during the construction process as well as throughout the service life of the system.
